INSPIRE! Postponed until 2027
A Statement from iNSPIRE! Weekend
After careful consideration, the Leadership Table Board has made the difficult decision to pause iNSPIRE! Weekend for 2026. We remain committed to bringing iNSPIRE! Weekend back in 2027.
iNSPIRE! Weekend is organized and overseen by the Leadership Table Board, a group of local community members who volunteer their time because they believe in the potential of our young people and the importance of investing in their futures. Our outreach to graduating seniors involves relationships with multiple schools and school administrators, and our organization operates independently of any individual school or principal.
Our decision to pause this year’s event was not made lightly. Given recent circumstances affecting our community, we believe this is the most appropriate course of action for our organization, our volunteers, and, most importantly, the young people and families we serve. We recognize the responsibility that comes with providing an experience for young people and take seriously the trust placed in our organization by participants and their families. As we prepare for 2027, we will also take this opportunity to review our policies and procedures, with continued attention to the safety and well-being of every participant.
Since its beginning, iNSPIRE! Weekend has been dedicated to encouraging young people to recognize their potential, build confidence, develop meaningful connections, and approach their futures with a greater sense of purpose. That commitment remains unchanged.
We are deeply grateful for the volunteers, families, and supporters who have made iNSPIRE! Weekend possible. We recognize that this is a difficult time for many in our community and encourage everyone to approach one another with compassion, understanding, and respect. We also ask that you keep iNSPIRE!, our young people, and our entire community in your prayers. We sincerely appreciate your continued support and look forward to welcoming participants and volunteers back to iNSPIRE! Weekend in 2027.
